The goal is not to have too much clutter, right? This art wall has been the perfect solution for us. First, the boys bring home an art project (or make one at home). Next, we take a picture with the artist holding his picture. Then, we decide that that picture either gets tossed...or it takes a special place on the art wall.
The art wall is simple. Thick twine is stretched back and forth between the moldings and hammered into place with tiny nails. (switch plate covers are highly overrated...right?)
Each piece of art is then pinned up in it's own special place of honor...
Until, the wall is full. Then, old art is replaced with new art...after, of course, having it's picture taken. That's it!

That deer painting is kind of amazing. Great looking art space
I love this. I even have the perfect wall in mind in my oldest's bedroom. He draws all the time and I haven't found a good way to display it all.
